With over 20 years of experience in the massage profession, Teresa Matthews is the driving force behind the success of Massage Therapy Academy. As a co-founder and lead instructor, Teresa brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our institution. Holding a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences, Teresa is not only a board-certified licensed massage therapist but also a certified personal fitness trainer and national CE provider. 

Her dedication to education and professional development is evident in her commitment to teaching advanced training in massage therapy, fitness, wellness, and self-defense. A 3rd Degree Black Belt, World Champion Athlete, and 2019 World Massage Hall of Famer, Teresa is a true leader in the field who inspires students to reach their full potential.
